    smartphone sets as wifi router

    I am clkwong@

    I tested 1.samsung cheap smartphone , 2.sony xperia and 3.samsung Galaxy 8.9 with 3G module as wifi router for my viewsonic 7" android 4.0 tablet.
    For testing Youtube website :-
    connecting to 1. the tablet browser can not go to youtube webpage.
    connecting to 2. the tablet browser can go to youtube webpage and video page , but tablet browser can not open video.
    connecting to 3, the tablet browser work good for 3G and it work fine for 4G lte.
    The conclusion is that the smartphone set as wifi router that depends on the chipset or not , I am not wif router engineer , so that I am not sure. But through the above
    tested experiment shows that if you want better 4G lte smartphone which set as wifi router , then you must be testing it before purchase.
