    "Pinakbet" is one of the most popular dishes in the Philippines. It is a tasty vegetable dish made-up of different fresh vegetables (eggplant, squash, string beans, bitter melon, okra, etc) , pork, and shrimp paste. Here, some pork cracklings are added.
