    Chicken Inasal

    At Mang Inasal Restaurant (with 445 branches) in the Philippines, you will surely enjoy stamp-grilled on charcoal chicken, unli- rice wrapped in banana leaves ("unli" for unlimited), a marinade concocted out of local spices and herbs and bamboo sticks for skewers. Btw, eating with bare hands is encourage to feel a rush of nostalgia for tradition. This image was taken during my visit at their branch in Dipolog City, Zambuanga del Norte.
