Ah yes, The Ed Sullivan show, I really enjoyed it. He introduced many talented people through the years. We always watched it. It definitely was an era all of its own. Along with Dick Clark, Soul Train, and many more old TV shows.
Yes, the old black and white TV, the giant box,LOL. I remember when Sullivan first brought Elvis on, actually Elvis made a few appearances along with many other top performers.
One thing that always stands out in my memory of Elvis and Ed Sullivan was that after Elvis' first appearance, the producers and I believe the FCC came to an agreement to only film him from the waist up.
