    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Vadicoff84 believes Congress doesn't have much of a choice but to cooperate with President Obama, in compromising on an agreement regarding the fiscal cliff. 'If the conservatives can't agree to extending middle class tax breaks taxes will increase for everyone regardless...It's a lose- lose for conservatives and in this scenario, working with President Obama would be the lesser of two evils,' he says. 'There is no way we are going to get out of this deficit/debt by cutting taxes. Taxes have to increase if we are to liberate ourselves from debt.'

    In our attempt to control our budget, we cancelled our trip to the Bahamas in February. Instead, we are opting for local recreational activities.
    We also are maintaining our current vehicles longer rather than replacing them for a newer model. No car payments do wonders for the pocket book.
