    Picking our favorite picture of Marley is as hard as picking a favorite memory, simply impossible. While we adopted our adorable Irish Wolfhound/Terrier mix as an 9 pound puppy, he grew into a 90 pound gentle giant. Every day he gave us unconditional love and endless laughter. Marley was smart, playful and loved by all who were lucky enough to meet him. He was also an only child spoiled by his parents who loved him more than anything in the world and miss him terribly. His loss was sudden and unexpected. Only a month ago we were faced with the worst day of our lives, informed that cancer had taken over his insides. The pain has lessened each day, outweighed by our countless memories of the joy and love he brought us for almost 12 years. We know we gave him a great home and he gave so much in return. A smile everyday, a face in the window waiting for us to come home, a loyal companion, a co-pilot on every adventure and the certainty that even though the pain of loss is unbelievably crushing, you would do it all over again in a heartbeat.
