    Jupiter and Full Moon TONIGHT

Jupiter is close to the full moon tonight, 28 November 2012.

The planet is so close to the Moon the photo shows, when enlarged, the disc and cloud belts of Jupiter, as well as some of the larger Moons of Jupiter, called Galilean Moons after their discoverer, Galileo.

This should be visible to anyone with clear skies all night long.

Photographed with a Canon Digital Camera and a 400mm lens in Belmar New Jersey USA 5:00pm on November 28, 2012
