"I was on my way home from school and I really had a bad day but when I saw the decoration it made me forget the things that has been bothering me," she says.

Few days ago Brgy. Mamatid lighted up their giant Christmas tree. This will be their entry for the contest held by the Cabuyao Municipality. One of the designer of it said that these were made by native and recycled materials like soft drink bottles and coconut leaves, etc. They were last year's champion that's why a lot of people participated by helping just to achieve this. It took them less than a week to complete this. Its wonderful how Christmas can make people together.
