At the Shores of Laguna the Bay
With my bicycle as my means of transportation, I went to Daraga, a place onlooking the shore of Laguna de Bay-- the largest lake in the Philippines--to take a picture of a sunset.
It was my first time to travel alone with my camera to a place that I considered a stranger.
Instead of just a landscape, what welcomed me there was warm smiles of a bunch of children, playing around a yellow abandoned motor boat anchored by the shore.
Moments later, people near the area came by the shore to either just breathe in some fresh lake air or go fishing. The sun was also beginning to set so I readied myself and my camera.
Mission accomplished! I captured the golden beauty of the sunset plus I got home with a bag full of memories to live by.
