Feel the Spirit of Christmas
Christmas is just around the corner. In the plaza of Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, you can see statues that represents the birth of Jesus Christ and behind those is a huge Christmas tree decorated with big bright stars and cherubins.
At the entrance of the Municipal Hall of Calamba stands a Christmas tree filled with lights and made more attractive by falling lights on each edge.
Filipinos always make ways to share with people happiness especially when Christmas is drawing near. In fact, as early as the "ber" months start, people also start celebrating Christmas even just in their own small ways.
Filipino families would go out, view different Christmas decorations, and eat together as they feel the spirit of Christmas.
