Cloud Governance - Avoiding Pitfalls, Respecting Compliance

San Francisco, California -- The Business Law Seminar
MeetUp group met at the Microsoft San Francisco office
at 835 Market Street for a presentation about Cloud
Governance.
The presenters were: Jonathan Blavin, Partner at
Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP; Babak Siavoshy, Teaching
Fellow at the Samuelson Law, Technology and Public
Policy Clinic at the University of California in Berkeley;
Jason Albert, Assistant General Counsel for IP Policy
and Strategy, Microsoft Intellectual Property Group;
Lothar Determann, Partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP.
The event was moderated by Sandra Sanz, Elena
Elkina and Bruno Terkaly.
They raffled two copies of the Baker & McKenzie Global
Privacy Handbook 2012 and another two copies of
Determann's Field Guide to International Data Privacy
Law Compliance.
The approximately 150 participants feasted on free beer,
wine and tons of pizza.
