    Street Foods with a Feast

    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     iReporterMaeAnne captured these delicious images of festive foods sold by entrepeneurial food carts that had set up shop near a Christmas lights display in Calamba, Laguna province in the Philippines. She says Christmas is a favorite time for special foods in her country. "At Christmas, we cook our own barbeque and hotdogs and buy several kinds of rice cake such as 'bibingka'," she said. "We Filipinos would always decorate our center table with colorful fruits and rice cakes. We would also prepare fruit or "buko" -- coconut -- salads for dessert. We also cook pasta, roasted chicken and ham for Christmas Eve."

    Everywhere in the Philippines, you can see street foods especially this Christmas season. At a plaza in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines, a long line of street food vendors are brought together to serve lots of people who wants to view the Christmas lights and decorations in that area.
