Spine Health & Lower Back Pain Mangement

I'm a 61 year old man and I have had off and on battles with lower back pain over the last 12 yrs. The major issue with my spine was corrected with spinal fusion surgery in Dec 2006. Four years after surgery, I developed spine arthritis and sciatic nerve pain, which I was able to manage with a targeted nutrition and exercise program. I'm a PhD in Nutritional Biochemistry and I used my scientific knowledge to figure out how to optimize my spine health and reduce pain. Now, I'm in very good physical condition and ready to take part in the CNN 2013 Triathlon Challenge to redeem my inability to complete the LA triathlon that I was in 6 years ago shortly after my back surgery. I believe with the CNN 2013 Triathlon Challenge training and support that I will be successful and be a good case study for people like me.
