Several Egyptian Independent Newspapers Say "No to Dictatorship"
Several Egyptian Independent newspapers were published on Monday, December 3, carrying the headlines "No to Dictatorship, No to a constitution that cancels rights and ties freedoms" and also cartoon showing newspapers in a human form chained in a prison cell, in protest of the final draft of the constitution that doesn't protect freedoms and rights. President Morsi called for a referendum on the constitution on December 15. More protests are planned in the coming days. Thousands will march to the presidential palace, several newspapers will not publish their editions on Tuesday and several TV channels will not broadcast on Wednesday.
