Change My Life Now, To Give Myself A Better Life Later

My name is Bobbie Lea Baker. I'm from Wills Point, Tx. I just want to be able to prove to myself and everyone else how strong I am. Everyone knows that I'm mentally smart, I'm a student in college, I have my paramedic license and I'm working on switching to nursing now. But I need to prove to everyone else how physically strong I am. I've been working on building up to a 5K but my time is really slow. I need help and I need to push through it. A marathon was my long term goal before, but I keep thinking, how awesome would a triathalon be? Everyone would know how strong I was then. I've been fighting being overweight all my life and I'm ready to lose it and lose this stigma. I'm not happy with my body or myself anymore. I started out as 217 lbs, 2 years ago. I got down to 181 in a year and I was so happy! Then health problems and falling back into old habits put me at 238 (now 235) and I'm just so disappointed. I don't want to live like this. I don't want to worry about a heart attack because my Dad had his first heart attack at 43. I don't want to have kids like this, I'm nervous about meeting people like this (and I'd really like to have a relationship by now!) and I want to be a good role model for my kids someday! I need your help! I have the drive, I swear I do, I just need the knowledge and the push. Let me show you what this Texas girl can do! (P.S. when I first uploaded this, it was upside down for some reason! please don't hold it against me!)
