Time for ME!
It is time for me! My name is Lisa Rowell and I'm 47 years old and it is time for this middle age dog to (re)learn some new tricks!
It is time for me to rediscover my inner athlete and the healthy girl that has been locked away for many years. She has been hiding away while I've been busy being a wife, a mom to three, a mom to a childhood cancer survivor and most horribly, a procrastinator.
Life is passing me by while I sit on the sidelines and it is time for me to get back on the field! That is hokey, but it's what I've been doing for far too long!
I'm ready for a change because I can't wait to see what the next 47 years holds for me.
