100 places to eat like a local

    The Electric Cheetah-Grand Rapids, MI

If you’re spending some time in Grand Rapids, Michigan, there’s one place you’ll need to go: The Electric Cheetah. I went here for my 18th birthday with my family and fell in love, well, my tastebuds did anyway! A locally owned and operated restaurant that offers a wide array of artisan sandwiches with fun names, including my personal favorite, “I’m Not My Brother’s Sandwich.” Another favorite dish is the Southern Raw Fries, consisting of thinly slices potatoes, partially fried and topped with white balsamic vinegar and kosher salt. These are to die for! This is my family's favorite place to eat. We love picking out a sandwich, sharing a plate of Southern Raw Fries, and picking out a Root beer from the 28 different flavors available. The Electric Cheetah obtains its ingredients from local farms, attracting a large crowd of local foodies. It serves food with the option of gluten free and plenty of vegetarian dishes! This is truly a one-of-a-kind restaurant that expresses the love of food that we have here in GR. Not to mention tastes to die for! Looking for a place to eat that applies to every palate? Visit The Electric Cheetah!
