Preparing for the release of The Hobbit is an easy thing being a Lord of the Rings geek. I have been reading "The Hobbit" alongside the appendices of "Lord of the Ring" simultaneously, attended a live program which included member of The Hobbit cast, will be spending close to 14 hours in the movie theatre this Saturday watching the director's cuts of all three LOTR films and purchased my tickets for "The Hobbit" on November 7 when they went on sale for the midnight showing. I've also been catching as many interviews with the cast as possible, staying connected to "The One Ring" website on a daily basis, watching Peter Jackson's video diaries and listening to the LOTR soundtracks at work. Oh, and I'm surrounded by a collection of LOTR, and HOBBIT poster art and action figures in my office.
