    A night on the farm: Barn Dinners at Creswell, OR's Heidi Tunnell Catering

    Heidi Tunnell’s food speaks for her. The Oregon native recently returned and started her own catering business 20 miles from Eugene. Heidi hosts weekly dinners in an old church. She meticulously picks her ingredients, including meat, from local farms and pairs them perfectly with Willamette Valley wines.

    The monthly Barn Dinners sell out quickly and celebrate local food, the people who grow it and the people who craft it into something wonderful. Oregon 1859 Magazine recently named Heidi’s Barn Dinners one of the 10 Best Culinary Experiences in Oregon.
