Daniel Halacy abandoned his wife at the hospital. Not once did he visit her and not once did he consider what would happen to his wife or where would his wife go to recuperate. Not once did he even check to see how she was doing.

She was left with major trauma, no place to go and only a pair of underwear and a hospital robe to wear.
