    As President Obama and Congressional leaders inch toward an agreement to avert the "fiscal cliff," the Rev. James Forbes, the president and co-founder of The Healing of the Nations Foundation and former senior minister of Riverside Church, says that "the vision of the Almighty" must dictate how we look at the nation's tax code. We must, he says, formulate policy that ensures that the basic necessities of all our citizens are met.
