    Sandusky Wants Pension Back

    Jerry Sandusky, convicted of numerous counts of raping children has his lawyer appealing the loss of his annual $59K retirement benefit. He was a pensioner of the Commonwealth Of Pennsylvania retirement system. If his loss of pension is upheld his wife will not receive his death benefit either. He is also looking to get into a less restrictive prison experience.
