    Amputee makes her way to cast her vote in Ghana's presidential and parliamentarian elections. Ghana is a model for democracy in Africa. After independence from their British colonial master, Ghana experimented with communist rule, military dictatorships, two failed attempts at democracy and a socialist military rule. Today, Ghana has maintain a sturdy and peaceful democracy for 20 years.
