Best Burger in Texas, Maybe the World
A special combination of freshly ground Angus beef and halal lamb mixed with Mediterranean spices, Zino's Lamb Burger is spectacular. Served on a toasted sesame bun with caramelized onions, fresh spinach, topped with feta and Monterrey Jack cheeses, dressed with Tzatziki Sauce made with Zino's homemade yogurt, the flavors explode in your mouth sending you to Burger Nirvana.
Featuring a wide variety, Zino's not only has a terrific burger, but makes a delicious and unique Mediterranean Brisket and a Greek Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich. Chef Zino enjoys putting his own spin on the classics like Lamb Osso Buco or Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs and Grandma's Marinara Sauce. With many Greek dishes being vegetarian, Zino's is also known for it's healthy vegetarian and vegan options popular with many locals.
Chef Zino Souikni trained in Europe and was a chef in Greece for 20 years before coming to the U.S. after marrying an American from El Paso. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Las Vegas.
