When in Vietnam, eat where the locals eat

I was working in Ho Chi Minh City (formerly Saigon) for 2 months. As I am not a very adventurous eater, I was happy to discover "Pho 24", a chain restaurant serving about 40 different variety of Pho. I would usually eat at the one across Nguyen Thiep Street from Saigon Sheraton Hotel where I stayed, but since there are many across Vietnam and several in Saigon itself, I was glad to always find a "Pho 24" wherever I was. Good food! Just look at this picture I took. By the way, this here is Pho Bo (beef pho), as opposed to Pho Ga (chicken pho) or Pho Chay (vegetarian pho).
