Paella is not just a dish, it's a spiritual experience

Férias de Pentecôte et des Vendanges in Nimes, France, a 6-day celebration commemorating the descent of the Holy Spirit upon Christ's disciples, attracts a million visitors each year. The most common meal to have is paella, due to the influence of nearby Spain. The paella has rice with all kinds of meat and seafood. The pan itself is about 3 ft in diameter. The aroma of the cooking paellas fills the air in this whole ancient city.
