Benghazi – 3 Months later……

Here it is, December 9, 2012. In two days it will be 3 months since a heavily armed group attacked the US Consulate in Benghazi, killing our Ambassador and another; then attacked an “annex” where many surviving Americans had taken refuge……awaiting help from our Government…..and killed another two Americans. These Americans were attacked for more than 7 hours…..before Libyan troops stepped in.

In the AM of 9/12/12, our President announced with solemnness, that four Americans had been killed in what he attributed to protestors over a video turning violent. He vowed that “we” would respond to bring those responsible to justice.

The President and his representatives deliberately misled the American People over the next several weeks about this event. Examples include:

1) The President’s Address to the American People in the Rose Garden on 9/12 where he attributed this to civil disobedience over something he had nothing to do with.
2) The President asking the UN Ambassador (who had nothing to do with Benghazi….according to Obama) to speak for him on 9/16/12 on five Sunday News Shows…..with an incorrect message. Amb Rice even disputed the Libyan President’s conclusion that this was an orchestrated and deliberate attack…..on one show.
3) The President spoke to the UN on 9/25/12……again (and still) laying blame on the death of the 4 Americans on violence due to the video…….which by now, he and Mrs Clinton had publically denounced……not to the American People……but to other citizens in the world.

Now, these are just a few examples. It is 3 months later and we are still waiting for the President to address the American People and tell us clearly what happened and what they have done about it (which of course includes…..where he stands on bringing those responsible to justice).

Why do I believe this is deliberate? Well, first let me say that I am open to President Obama clearing all of this up and correcting my belief. Only he can do that (although it seems that it will require Congress to force him to do it).

But the reason I believe this is because: 1) The potential reasons why he would not want the truth known and 2) His actions since 9/11/12. He has been evasive on the addressing the American People (look at the 2nd debate…..as a glaring example)……but simply look at the absence of him acting to clear this up.

I am open to the possibility of just plain
incompetence………but actually, I think too much of his political skills to accept this, at this point (for how he handled it AFTER 9/11/12).

I do believe that gross incompetency may have been a factor before and during the attack……but again……we are still waiting for information from our President.

The American People deserve the truth from our Commander-in-Chief…….and we are still waiting for it.
