For Christ's sake, please do something to help the helpless children in Taiwan.   Taipei , Dec. 6 (CNA) Several civic groups staged a protest in front of the Ministry of Justice on Thursday, calling for a speedy execution of the 61 prisoners on death row in Taiwan.   The groups said they are opposed to the abrogation of capital punishment and they demanded that the ministry "execute death row convicts in accordance with the law."   "Toothless justice has killed a child," the protesters said, referring to the case of a 10-year-old boy who was killed in a bathroom at a games arcade in Tainan on Dec. 1. The boy's throat was slit and he died immediately, according to police.   The main suspect, a 29-year-old man who had been unemployed for a long time, said he picked the victim at random with the intention of going to prison for life.   "Nowadays, killing one or two people in Taiwan won't get you a death sentence," the suspect reportedly said.
