PRAY 4 US, A MODERN CHRISTMAS CAROL
This year, Christmas where I live, is quite different because a new style of Christmas Carol is born and is starred by Antwone López (CNN ireporter superstar) and two artists from Spain, Guillermo Estad (singer) and Sara Gravalos (actress) as Virgin Mary.
I was inspired by Schubert's Ave Maria and mix it with the Litany of the Virgin as a rap. I wanted to do a song with a Christmas sound very typical of the XXI century.
What I want to convey with this video is that spirituality can be found in any situation and any rhythm because peace lies within us all.
I recorded video in Madrid and New York City.
Is amazing how this iniciative is being so well received by the public around the world. Is the first time Ave Maria from Schubert becomes a song with rap under title of "PRAY 4 US (Ave Maria Free Style)".
Finally, comment that this year I wanted to convey a lot of energy with my Christmas song and that's why I have shared, because, thanks to the modern Internet, we are all closer and united as brothers.
