LSS Appoints Eric Vandigriff as Executive Chef at The Village at Gleannloch Farms
“We are pleased to have a chef with such an extensive range of cooking specialties,” said Johanns. “Being able to provide a wide variety of healthy and delicious meals to our residents is something that brings us great joy, and Chef Eric does this seamlessly.”
Vandigriff trained with the ACF/TCA Apprenticeship Program for four years and then interned with the Fairmont Hotel in downtown Dallas. With thirty plus years of experience in country clubs and high-end dining, Vandigriff has created everything from home cooked regional dishes to high-end modern European and Asian cuisines. His true passion lies in pastries and desserts and is considered an expert gingerbread house builder.
“I have always had the mentality of ‘treat your clients as if you brought them into your own home,’” said Vandigriff. “I am very excited to be considered a part of this family.”
