    Traffic on I-205 at 345PM

    I was trying to head home NB on I-205 and was wondering why cop cars were everywhere, why overpasses were being closed (all the way up to the Airport Exit at the OR/WA border) and why a Honda Odessey mini van was used as an unmarked police car. The worst part was trying to get out of the way of the first responders, as this happened during the beginning of the evening commute. They were using the breakdown lanes, but there was enough cars in all lanes where there really wasn't any where to go.

    By the time I got home (and got my Smartphone charged) I checked the local news and found out the shooter had been neutralized. I would still like to know what that means.
