    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     swissrolli shot this image of horses racing in blizzard conditions at Dunstall racecourse in Wolverhampton, England.

    The February event marked the first time he had ever been to a race event, and it was an experience he enjoyed greatly, despite the freezing weather.

    "The atmosphere was fantastic," he says. "The horses were like tightly coiled springs; twitchy, eager and excited to run. The unusual weather conditions just added to the experience."

    I attended a meeting at Dunstall racecourse in Wolverhampton (UK, West Midlands) in early February. The weather started cold and grey but clear. It then snowed so so heavily that the final few races had to be called off. Although i was freezing it made for some interesting photography.
