    I created this portrait in oils several years ago.

    I chose a yellow background to help convey the fact that there is "Joy" in having hope & that "Joy" radiates life enriching powers forever like SUNSHINE.

    Dr. King's image resonates a powerful spiritual presence that will never leave us.
