    New Beginning

    I started my weight loss in December last Year. I needed to lower my blood prssure and I weighed 265 lbs. I joined my local YMCA. it was hard to get motivated until I found Zumba. I had so much fun when I went to Zumba. the more I went the better I felt. I started at about twice a week and worked up to 10-12 classes a week. So far I have lost 85 pounds. I recently became an instructor myself to help motivate and inspire other people to obtain thier fitness goals. With my wieght loss and Zumba I have started a new chapter in my life. I now weigh 180 pounds and a little more to go but I now love being healthy and fit its just feels so much better
