    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     On 9/11 iReporter Beth Woods and her husband John were told they would never be able to have children without medical help. "In 2008, we defied the odds and had a boy. This year, we defied the odds again and without help gave birth to our beautiful son, Alex," she said.

    Years ago, I was told I was infertile, that both fallopian tubes were blocked with scar tissue. Then in 2009, my son was born. This year, in July, my second son was born. That was my best moment of 2012.
