Who taught you to love food? |
Eating Raw Clams with Rice
I learned to love this because I grew up seeing my parents eating seafoods. This is a type of a clam that is locally known as "Imbao" and usually prepared in soup or steamed.
The small ones are more delicious when eaten fresh and raw. You may find me so weird, but I eat these with rice during breakfast.
Every other day in the morning, this vendor comes by to offer her fresh sea produce. If the clams are big, I steam them. If they're small, I eat them raw....Yummy!
Among the many seafoods that I've eaten, "Imbao" stands out!
