Off the beaten track, this restaurant has a refined yet playful focus on Contemporary Southern Cuisine, like the Grilled White Tuna with a Roasted Corn and Tasso Ham Maque Choux topped with Lump Crabmeat and Creole Tomato Buerre Blanc! The care that chef Robert St. John takes with each meal is always evident in the smile on my face when my meal is done.
