100 places to eat like a local
So local, you might even see it in your backyard.
Howdy. Growing up in Georgia, you will often run across southern hospitality and this is exactly what you will find at Farm Burger. A restaurant that cares.
With 3 locations in Atlanta (Buckhead, Decatur and Dunwoody) you don't have to beat the rush hour to crowd into this southern charm.
From their beef to their veggies to their biodegradable containers to friendly farmers, this local flavor is not only delicious but sustainable, humane, and "helping to reroute our food system to function more like an ecosystem than a corporation" as Farm Burger's website states.
Going to a high school next to a cow pasture, I haven't always been able to embrace burgers as many meat lovers do while I did eat them on special occassions. The chik-fil-a cows would be overjoyed to know that, yes, I am a chicken lover. I did however, devour the most delicious veggie burger of my life made of quinoa, mixed greens, marinated beets,
balsamic onions, and garlic aioli.
They even have a list of farms they work with and what they buy from each farm. Fresh taste, locally made.
