Genki Noodles and Sushi - Atlanta, GA
Genki Noodles and Sushi has been serving Atlantans THE best sushi in town for over 15 years in 3 different neighborhoods (Virginia Highland, Buckhead and Sandy Springs).
Along with a variety of fresh sushi options, Owner Reid Zeising has also fused the traditional Japanese flavors and traditions he grew up with in Tokyo with American flavors and ingredients to create an asian-fusion part of the menu that has something for everyone. Diners can expect to find a variety of creative rice or noodle bowls and interesting appetizers (like the Hamachi Kama, a Japanese delicacy, which is marinated and grilled yellowtail cheek - so delicious!).
Be sure to stop by the Virginia Highland location of Genki Noodles and Sushi for some awesome sushi and great people watching.
