    Many employees of Music & Arts, a leading musical instrument retailer and lesson provider, have a lifelong passion for music, music education and music advocacy, many being former educators, lesson teachers and working musicians. This year the Music & Arts management team encouraged its employees to create a band to perform at sales meetings and the annual holiday luncheon. So impressed with the musical output, the management team created an opportunity for the band to record its first holiday CD and this video provides a behind-the-scenes peek into the recording session.
