    Eat Like a Local on Friday Harbor, WA

    If you're going to "eat like a local" on San Juan Island in Washington state, you have got to eat at The Bluff at Friday Harbor House. The restaurant is operated by innkeeper and local islander Chef Kyle Nicholson, who only uses ingredients exclusively sourced from Washington State. He forages items directly from the forests and waters here on the island. The restaurant and hotel also support many local artisans of both food and craft that are utilized in the kitchen. They carry "Island Grown" stamp of approval from their local Agricultural Guild. If you want to not only get delicious, but local too, The Bluff is your calling.
