100 places to eat like a local

    Elizabeth St Cafe

My wife and I found this place right after it opened last year – we came with friends for lunch and have been back a dozen times since. Great design and the food is FANTASTIC, “Vietnamese with a French accent” is a good description. Breakfast is actually one of our favorites meals here as they make their French pastries from scratch and they are always delicious. For lunch or dinner, sit out on the patio be sure to start with an order of pork buns (our favorite) before digging into a bowl of pho or banh mi.
