Nannie Watson Mendez , my mother-in-law turns “95”
She was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on December 18 1917. In 1934, at age 17 she hopped a train, and made her way here to California. Nannie met and married Ray Mendez. She had 9 children, 18 grandchildren , 23 great grandchildren, and is the great, great grandmother of 6. She is a talented painter, Loves quilting, has always loved music and boy could she sing and dance!
Her heart is always ready to share a kind thought, a warm hug, and a prayer!
