    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     This serene sunset in Jamaica was captured on camera by Jason Asselin, who was holidaying on the island with this wife and two sons earlier this year.

    “Only in magazines do you get to see breathless shots like this,” he said. “To be able to experience this in person and to have your kids close by makes everything seem right,” added the 40-ear-old from Iron Mountain, Michigan.

    “We gave our kids an experience they will never forget. A chance to leave the country and see what they have only read about first hand. Everything in this picture relaxes me, the warm red glow and the pleasant people all sharing this one experience together. No differences, just humans,” he

    Some back home were suffering from snow while we enjoyed a vacation with our kids in Jamaica. One of the best sun sets I have ever seen with the kids near my side. A few weeks later, I discovered I recorded something only nature can provide. A bird dived into the water as the sun was setting.
