    Fighting Down I-39 in Wisconsion

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Kevin Ballschmiede says he was driving from Wisconsin to Illinois on highway I-39 when he captured this photograph of a FedEx truck pulled off to the side of the road along with other cars that were in an accident due to the severe weather conditions affecting the area. 'It's brutal on the highway,' he said. 'We are passing a lot of accidents on the side of the road... and we we're thinking, "Why did we do this?"' Normally a four hour drive, he says his trip has extended to more than seven hours, as he and his four other friends drive less than 30 miles per hour on icy roadways. He says the travel delay is being caused by a variety of weather conditions. 'It's a combination of everything. It's very snowy. The plows were trying to push snow off the road, but it wasn't doing anything, and there is a lot of wind and poor visibility,' he said.
    - Jareen, CNN iReport producer

Coming home from a winter break trip, 5 young adults are fighting down I-39 in the heart of the blizzard. We have been driving for almost 5 house and still have 130 more miles of snow!
