    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     ric9901 of St. Joseph, Michigan, told me, 'I knew that no one from Newtown was going to actually see this sign so I wanted to share it. The families of the children and teachers may not see it either way, but we are all affected by this and wanted to share our support to the Newtown community.'

    Our little town on Lake Michigan placed a sign in front of our downtown shopping area in support of everyone in Newtown, CT.
