Love and Prayers From Waukesha, Wisconsin

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Wisconsin resident ASButler felt compelled to create a memorial to the 20 young children who lost their lives in Newtown, Connecticut, as a way of dealing with her own grief after the shooting. "I was very emotional after dropping my son off at school on Monday," she said. "I held it together until he got out of the car and then cried because I was afraid something would happen to him. It helped to have the angel memorial to work on." She said she feels gun laws need to change in the U.S. to help prevent such incidents in the future. "We cannot let these beautiful people and children die in vain," she said. "That would be as tragic as the incident itself."

Overwhelmed with grief & feelings of helplessness I had to create a memorial to the 26 beautiful lives that were lost. Wish I could do more
