    Jannet Walsh, iReporter from Murdock, Minn., shows what it is like at -8 F.

     

    There is a Hazardous Weather Outlook for many locations in Minnesota, according to the National Weather Service.  Wind chill readings of 15 to 20 below are possilbe.

     

    Note:  The tempature dropped from -8 F to -9 F during the time this video was shot, accoring to Yahoo iPhone weather app.
