In my experience and the experiences of other individuals, should a U.S. Citizen or legal immigrant petition any elected official outside of his or her jurisdiction, the response from most any elected official who is petitioned for redress, who is not under oath to serve the jurisdiction of your residency will be, "I understand your situation, and you have a legitimate grievance, but by law I'm not under oath to serve anyone whose legal residence or who pays taxes/property taxes, in your district.  I would suggest that you contact the elected officials in the jurisdiction where you or other individuals with legitimate grievances for redress reside".

The jurisdictional nature of the grievance based upon the distinction between Federal, State, County, City, and/or multiple jurisdictions would determine the specific elected official(s) to petition  for redress to resolve the important issues presented.

1.  The elected officials of authority at the Federal jurisdiction are President Barack Obama, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congresswoman Karen Bass, Congresswoman Maxine Waters.

2.  The elected officials of authority at the State jurisdiction of government are Governor Jerry Brown, California State Senator Curren D. Price, California State Assembly Speaker John A. Perez (the current elected officials today)

3.  The elected official at the County jurisdiction of government for your area is LA County Supervisor Mark Ridley Thomas.  Former 2nd District Los Angeles County Supervisor Yvonne B. Burke was not only inept, she was also a in violation of the Los Angeles County Charter "carpetbagger" the entire time she held office as LA County Supervisor for the 2nd District....i.e... ("Yvonne Burke Lives in Brentwood")

4.  The elected officials at the City jurisdictional level are 10th District LA City Councilman Herb Wesson, 8th District LA City Councilman Bernard Parks, former 10th District LA City Councilman Nate Holden, etc., etc.

This information is not news to me, because I already know and have petitioned, or also know of other individuals within my family who have petitioned the very individuals mentioned, and in each instance the response has been useless, meaningless, disgraceful, etc., etc.

One of my family members petitioned Herb Wesson in my behalf, the response being the worst thing any elected official should do when petitioned for redress. Former Congressman Mervyn Dymally is no loss to all U.S. born blacks in South Central Los Angeles, Compton, etc., etc., because just like so many other elected black leaders, he, Mervyn Dymally had contempt for the oath of office, and the U.S. Constitution, the California Constitution, and he was a traitor to U.S. born black people. Not to mention Dymally's elected black leadership associates, Herb "Wesson Oil "Wesson, betraying "Betty Andrews" former Congresswoman Diane Watson, facing felony criminal indictment voter fraud carpetbagging Rod Wright, Congresswoman Maxine "Kerosene" Waters, Reverend Jim Jones…..Merv Dymally was a good friend of Reverend Jim Jones, etc., etc.

Obama has no real world Constitutional law or law practice experience. It is not uncommon for any U.S. born black victim, so violated by the wrongs of government, to petition his or her local elected representative for redress, like what is taught in most any U.S. history classroom, and your elected representative (One being Los Angeles City Councilman Herb Wesson et al) will effect a "citizen's arrest" to have LAPD police officers arrest and jail the petitioner, this chain of events being so wrong and illegal, that there is no "court arraignment" to justify the unlawful arrest and jailing.

Typically, Los Angeles Superior Court officials, such as judges, do not want any official court record of this un-American activity.  The elected officials who hold office over such a jurisdiction, could care less, because these individuals, just like no good President Barack Obama have contempt for the "oath of office", the U.S. Constitution, and in this instance, the California Constitution.
