    International Day of Peace

Youths and their Teachers Collaborating in a Computer Classroom

Give the Youths a chance and Watch them Grow. Peace is helping indigent youths develop their potentials and break their poverty cycle. Denying indigent youths from developing countries access to technology heightens their level of poverty. For, not only are they materially poor, but they are also information poor - starved physically and mentally, making them restless and restive. A society that ignores the plight of restless and restive youths is sitting on a keg of gun powder. *Professor Christiana Chinwe Okechukwu, Ph.D. Executive Director, Inwelle Study and Resource Centre, Enugu, Nigeria. www.inwellecentre.org
